Class Descriptions
There are three GoddessBody® formats:
GROOVE is a fun, low-impact, moderate cardio workout featuring dance combinations, cardio shimmies and a dynamic veil routine.
SCULPT is a no-equipment, curve-sculpting workout using fundamental body isolations for the core and upper and lower body.
FLOW is a meditative session incorporating stretching, relaxation techniques, and mindful movements.
NEW BODY AWARENESS SERIES...
The GoddessBody® Body Awareness Training Series is designed to help women increase overall body awareness, improve flexibility, balance and coordination, and reduce pain and stiffness. In addition to shimmies, undulations and muscle isolations, this program uses Feldenkrais-inspired gentle seated and standing movements for all levels of fitness.
