What is GoddessBody?
GoddessBody® is a group exercise series featuring movements from world dances celebrating the feminine spirit. GoddessBody® classes promote physical strength and stamina, body awareness, and inner harmony.
The grounding nature of GoddessBody® movements increases foot and ankle strength. Muscle isolations stablize the smaller muscles of the body. Movements from the body’s center emphasize the core and increase balance. Undulations develop spinal mobility. Shimmies free the pelvis and unlock the joints. Moving simultaneously in different directions leads to enhanced body awareness and coordination. Learning to move with minimal effort creates ease and grace.
